Junior IT consultant

Job description:

• Participate in the implementation of IT Security and IT Operation projects.
• Analyze the current status of the customer’s information system, its management processes, security and its documentation.
• Look for weaknesses in the security or operation of the customer’s information system.
• Identify normative or legal requirements for IS, analyze their implementation.
• Formulate conclusions of analyses and recommendations to the customer for correction or improvement.
• Create documentation of the customer’s information system management or security management system.
• Collaboration with various departments of the company.
• Communication with customers.
• Participate in projects throughout their lifecycle (from design to implementation).

We expect knowledge in the following areas:

• Overview in the IT field, basic work in different OS (Linux, Windows, …)
• Overview of network technologies and web applications
• Willingness and desire to learn new things
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for work performed
• Czech/Slovak a must
• English – min. good passive knowledge (maintenance of technical documentation)

You will have an advantage if you are familiar with any of the following areas:

• Cyber Security
• ISMS, ISO 27 000, ISO 9 000, ITIL
• SIEM solutions (LogRhythm, Splunk)
• Operational monitoring solutions (e.g. Nagios, Op5, Zabbix)
• Penetration testing
• Process control
• Configuration and management of OS and IT systems and services

Who can succeed?

• Czech/Slovak language fluent in both written and spoken form a prerequisite
• Higher/Secondary education (also suitable for IT graduates)
• Active AJ at an intermediate level, driving licence sk. B
• Flexibility, strong interest in professional development and further education
• Sense of humour
• Communicative and loyal personality
